Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the smooth execution of Graduate Recruitment Events, guaranteeing seamless coordination.
* Manage company delegates, brand, and reputation at events with precision.
* Develop and implement social media strategies, planning engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing data to inform strategy adjustments.
* Collaborate with external organizations to create innovative content, host webinars, and generate new ideas.
* Support the creation of annual marketing campaign materials and maintain the graduate recruitment website.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working in professional services environments.
* A degree is highly desirable but not essential.
* Strong Excel and other system skills, or a willingness to learn.
* Ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders and build strong networks quickly.
* Creative thinking and event management expertise.
