Bring your skills as a Project Manager within the Water Sector. You'll play a vital role in project and programme management on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects both at home and abroad.
We specialize in all aspects of the water sector, delivering water services into sectors such as Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. We provide industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. We currently have opportunities in our Glasgow office.
Your Purpose:
* Manage projects and programmes across UK and international project lifecycles, from feasibility studies to detailed design and construction support.
* Support the technical team in delivering projects successfully, meeting targets related to programme, budget, and quality.
* Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
* Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
* Prepare project reports and plans as required.
What you can bring:
* Degree qualified, member of a professional institution (e.g., MAPM, CMI).
* Practical experience in project management within water/wastewater infrastructure or non-infrastructure projects.
* Experience in managing design delivery, including multidisciplinary and Design & Build projects.
* Knowledge of Scope Definition, Project Execution Plans, Risk Registers, Change Control Logs, and Stakeholder Management.
* Experience with Design & Build projects and bid delivery in water/wastewater engineering. International experience is a plus but not essential.
