Juice has great opportunity for a Senior IT Support Technician to join a dynamic and growing technology company based in Bristol.
The company develops tailored software solutions for the health and social industry. Due to their continued success, they are looking for help within the Service Desk team to support the 1st line support team with hardware and software queries.
This role will require an individual who is has the skills to provide IT support to clients with remote assistance for support tickets including hardware and software queries.
This role is fully office based.
This role could become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Duties to include:
· Assisting clients with software queries that the first line support team are unable to resolve.
· Assisting clients remotely with all hardware queries including Printers, Scanners, Barcode Readers.
· Assisting with issues with IT for internal teams.
· Desktop Support.
· Managing customer PC installs.
· Coaching and mentoring of internal staff members.
· Forward planning for new hardware
· Completing compatibility tests for any new hardware
Experience:
· Windows desktop support
· Previous experience in a 2nd line Helpdesk Support Role.
· Problem solver
· Technical helpdesk knowledge and experience
· Troubleshooting; PC peripherals (Printers, Scanners, Barcode Readers)
· The ability to mentor and coach other team members successfully.

· 9:00am – 17:00pm
· Monday to Friday Hours
· Temp to permanent opportunities available for this position.
· £25,000 - £29,000 dependant on experience.
· Previous experience in a 2nd line Helpdesk Support Role.
