Administrative Assistant - French speaker

The role:
• Supporting a Sales Manager and working with the French market
• Preparation of quotes, tenders, invoices etc.
• Keeping Salesfoce updated and inputing new information
• Providing great customer service via phone and e-mail to clients (B2B)
• Full-time, permanent contract
• Office based 5x per week in Richmond/Kew Bridge
Requirements:
• Fluent written and spoken English and French
• Experience working in France or servicing clients in France
• Salesfoce experience or another cloud-based software is desirable
• Some administrative experience in an office environment is desirable but graduates will also be considered
• Dynamic personality and comfortable working within a busy sales environment
• Living at a commutable distance to Kew Bridge for office presence full-time
