Nocturnal Recruitment are looking for experienced Care Workerswith previous experience of working within aCare Home, or similar setting. You should be an effective communicator with a person-centred approach to your care delivery. Your role as a Care Worker will includecaring for clients in all aspects of life, on a day-to-day basis as well as providing dignity and respect to all clients.The individuals which you will be caring for have a variety of disabilities including Dementia, Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities. Challenging behaviour may be displayedat times so you must be experienced in providing care and support to individuals with Learning Difficulties. Providing clients with day-to-day support including personal care Motivating clients and encouraging independence Physically fit due to the need for safe moving & handling of residents (with equipment) You will have a good knowledge of safeguarding and will understand the importance of maintaining appropriate boundaries and keeping up to date and detailed observation notes and updating of care plans. Pay: £14-16per hour Shift Patterns: Able to work a fully flexible shift pattern:7am 2pm, 2pm 10pm, night shifts and long days. You must have: Must have at least 1 yearsexperience in Care Work Must have experience working with one or more of the followingclient groups: Adults, Learning Disability, Physical Disability, Challenging Behaviour Must Hold a valid DBS within the last 12 months - preferably registered online?or be able to complete a new one Must be happy to provide personal care Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions: Specialise in the provision of Care & Support Workers, HCAs and other Healthcare industry-specific job roles.
