As a Duty Manager at our Fitness and Wellbeing Club, you’ll bring demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. As a Duty Manager, you will: • Be responsible for the smooth running of our club; including the opening and closing the club when on shift. • Prioritise Member Satisfaction, Engage with our members, fostering happiness and building strong relationships. • Lead by example, support and guide your colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards. • Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides. • Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively. • Help achieve sales targets. • Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.
