Lakeside Healthcare is a large GP partnership that provides NHS care for around 170,000 patients across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire. We are made of eight GP practices across 14 sites that are part of their local communities.
We work together as practices to provide resilience, sharing learning and professional back-office support services.

About the Practice
This role will be working alongside practice and pharmacy teams, and managing the dispensaries at five of our sites.
Job Introduction
We are looking to recruit a Dispensary Business Manager who would be responsible for managing the financial and staffing elements of our five dispensaries.
The successful candidate will be integral in maintaining and improving the profitability of the dispensaries whilst supporting our Dispensary Team. They will be responsible for developing processes within the team to ensure our practices are providing an efficient, high-quality service to our patients. To achieve this, they will monitor performance and outputs.
You will need to be confident in implementing change, have excellent organisational skills and be prepared to use your own initiative on a day-to-day basis.
Working Hours: Up to 37.5

* Responsible for managing the Dispensary Teams
* Responsible for ensuring quality and safety in our dispensing
* Responsible for ensuring financial management and efficiency in all our dispensing
* Responsible for producing and presenting performance reports

* Primary Care experience
* Knowledge of dispensary and pharmacy
