Responsibilities
* Looking after all the aspects related to the Ticketing (Domestic and International) i.e., Ticket Refunds, Issuance, Reissuance, and Cancellations.
* Should possess good knowledge of GDS- Galileo (Must) & Amadeus.
* Assist clients with travel planning through calls and emails.
* Should be well versed with City Codes & Airline Codes.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Should be flexible to work in Implant and back office.
Requirements
* A Bachelors Degree is a must
* Minimum one year of experience in the refunds process
* IATA Graduate or Graduate with experience in relevant field
* Excellent communication skills
