As a Domiciliary Support Worker at A1 Quality Homecare, you will make a real difference in people's lives. You’ll support clients with everyday tasks like getting washed and dressed, having breakfast, going shopping, doing housework, enjoying day trips, and, most importantly, providing companionship. This is a rewarding role where you are paid to help others feel safe, cared for, and happy.
Hours:
We offer flexible hours tailored to your availability. You will be required to work other weekend. Shifts are available between 7am – 10:30pm, and we can accommodate morning or evening preferences.
Early mornings? You could work 7am to 10am and have the rest of your day free.
Evenings? Working from 6pm to 10pm could be perfect if you have small children or other commitments.
Full-time positions also available.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily tasks such as personal care, dressing, and meals.
Support with light household duties, such as cleaning, shopping, and tidying.
Provide companionship and social interaction.
Assist clients with outings, day trips, and hobbies.

Requirements:
Driving Licence: Required (car, motorbike, or moped).
No prior care experience needed – our first-class training will ensure you have the skills and confidence to start the role.
Ability to pass a DBS check and provide references.
Work Setting:
This is a homecare role, where you’ll travel to clients' homes in the community. You must be comfortable working independently while following care plans and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
