First and last touch point of every customer journey. Acting as a single point of contact for all internal / external customers and third party contractors where assistance is required at a barrier system, Pay On Foot or help point: • Taking appropriate action with overstay fees, incorrect car park fees • Dealing with requests for general help and directions • Operate/monitor CCTV across airport estate • Directing customers to car parks open zones • Directing customers to alternative car parks to ensure we meet their specific needs • Assisting Local Resident discount card holders on exit and with applications/faulting/replacement cards (including manual payments) • Processing bookings • Validating exit tickets, season ticket holder process (including manual payments) and emergency access • Reporting faulty equipment What will make you successful in the role? Some of they key skills and experiences we are looking for in the successful candidate are listed below • Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills • Possess excellent customer service skills, with a good telephone manner. • You will be able to work on your own initiative and also work well as part of a team. • The ability to communicate clearly to both colleagues and customers is essential. • Operate CCTV (Desired) • Organisational skills • Ability to multi-task • IT Literate You will possess excellent computer, clerical and organisational skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and you will be confident in using operating systems. • Experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work accurately under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of customer service. • Problem solving • Previous experience of working in a customer service role.
