Your new role
* Oversee and manage all on-site activities for residential construction projects.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material deliveries.
* Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
* Implement and enforce health and safety policies on-site.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in residential construction.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
