I am working alongside a regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a project manager to help deliver a brand new scheme kicking off for a valued client. My client operate heavily in the North East of England, delivering schemes within the infrastructure and civils sectors.
Project manager responsibilities:
* Managing mainly Civil infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
* Assisting with producing and reviewing RAMS
* Coordinate with crossfunctional teams, P6 planners, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
* Utilise MS Office and ASITE for tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client expectations.
* Manage project risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in project processes.
Project manager requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* Diploma or degree in construction project management.
* CSCS card.
* SMSTS.
* First aid.
* Proven experience in a project managers role.
* Strong knowledge and experience with civils and earthworks.
* Full UK driving licence.
