What you'll be doing?
Our Bedroom Furnishings division, BD Living, provides furnishing solutions that will fit in with our customers’ homes perfectly. This team supplies and fits storage and bedroom furniture, from cutting-edge styles to contemporary classics.
Reporting to the Sales and Installations Manager, you will deliver high standards of service and provide excellent support to BD Living customers, ensuring the delivery of Bedroom Furniture within the designated timelines.
What will I be responsible for?
* Support all customers in a welcoming, professional, and efficient manner, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Respond to all enquiries and process quotes and orders in line with the Service Level Agreement.
* Provide expertise in BD Living’s product range and processes to Customers and Divisions.
* Manage a Regional Account, ensuring proactive information gathering and completion of installation works as required.
* Ensure all paperwork is up to date, and reports are completed within deadlines.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues and customers.
* Ensure paperwork is in place for fitting to be done “right first time”.
* Investigate and record all remedial and customer care orders.
What you'll need?
To be successful in the role, we are looking for:
* Customer Focused.

* Driven, organized, and self-motivated with good time management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly analyzing, managing, and making correct decisions independently.
* Strong MS Office skills required.
