Salary: £29,400 (pro-rata)
Location: Stoke
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday
Contract: 8-months FTC - service up for renewal - to be extended
Essential - you will not be considered should you not hold a UK Driving Licence

I am looking for a Service Coordinator who has a background in supporting adults who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Salary and Benefits

Overview of the Role
The client is looking for a full-time Service Coordinator to provide person centred support to customers, support them with life skills and empower them to make a positive contribution to society and become self-sufficient; this includes recording case studies that reflect achievements of outcomes. You will lead a team of fantastic support workers to improve the service delivery and all aspects of support.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing a flexible, responsive service which operates in a timely and person-centred manner
Signposting customers to relevant sources of information, support, guidance, and advice
Effectively working in partnership with external agencies for the benefit of customers
Completing and following clear risk assessments, and adhering to the organisations Health and Safety Policy
Completing and maintaining accurate records in line with the requirements (including detailed support plans, risk assessments and regular checks).

Experience supporting people sustain their tenancies, working with vulnerable people who have been subject to homelessness or substance misuse
