Customer Service Administrator As Customer Service Administrator, you must be an organised, friendly, proactive and confident. The role will involve frequent contact with customers & clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and assisting with general administration. Our working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Key responsibilities Handling customer inquiries via phone & email. Maintaining and updating customer records in our core system. Proactively calling vulnerable customers to support them in the event of power loss. Accurately logging all customer interactions. Objective: Deliver first class customer service to ensure industry leading customer journey. Assist customers & clients promptly and professionally. Maintain a solid relationship with all internal departments/staff members. Essential skills / experience Good Customer Service skills A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Adaptability and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail. Excellent communications skills. Experience in checking documents and accuracy of detail. Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration.
