Job Description
The CMMS Analyst (Contract) position involves implementing, supporting, and maintaining a CMMS system (SAP). The role includes managing change requests, auditing backlog reports to remove duplicate work orders, assisting with SAP training, and supporting regulatory queries. The analyst will work closely with other analysts or consultants involved in maintenance tagging, construction, or change management to ensure efficient operations.
Key responsibilities include processing change request forms within SAP, developing reports using SAP and Microsoft Office tools, and liaising with support engineers and technical authorities to ensure accurate changes to SAP. The role requires a high level of SAP PM knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams are essential for success in this role.
