What You’ll Be Doing
1. Handling inbound calls, emails, and visitor interactions
2. Providing admin support to managers and colleagues
3. Performing general clerical duties (Microsoft Office, filing, scanning)
4. Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
5. Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and office calendars
6. Maintaining HR records, personnel files, and holiday schedules
7. Preparing job packs, reports, and correspondence
8. Supporting internal ISO audits and company accreditations
What We’re Looking For
1. Strong administrative experience in an office environment
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM systems
3. Excellent communication and organisational skills
4. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
5. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
