Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Institutional Sales Strategy:
* Leverage your extensive network and relationships to expand the client base, particularly in the institutional market.
* Lead the full sales cycle—from client onboarding to crafting and executing strategies that meet clients' unique risk and financial management needs.
* Drive institutional client growth by providing consultative, solutions-based sales approaches.
* Build a strong client pipeline using CRM tools to track prospects and ensure a strategic approach to client acquisition.
1. Client Relationship Management:
* Manage and deepen institutional client relationships through regular communication, insightful market analysis, and proactive portfolio management.
* Help clients navigate the complexities of financial markets, offering clear, actionable insights to help them make informed decisions.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored financial strategies that meet the specific goals of institutional clients.
2. Strategic Execution:
* Collaborate with internal teams to structure solutions across the full spectrum of financial instruments, including spot, forward, swaps, and options.
* Ensure that all client interactions comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., MIFID), and maintain precise documentation for all transactions.
* Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
* Embrace a hands-on leadership style—whether coaching team members, solving client challenges, or contributing to company strategy.
* Actively contribute to the growth and development of the team, ensuring the collective success of both clients and the business.
