Description The key responsibilities of a Executive Assistant candidate will include, but may not be limited to; Offer comprehensive administrative support to the team. Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings. Manage correspondence and communications. Compile and prepare reports and documents. Ensure efficient file management and organisation. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Assist in the preparation of team meetings and events. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Profile A successful Executive Assistant should have: A degree in Business Administration or a related field. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
