Responsibilities of a Upper KS2 Teacher: · As a Upper KS2 Teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children taking their first steps in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment. · Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses · Further developing maths ability and introducing fractions, statistics, and geometry · Help children develop their writing ability by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories. · Keeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents · Create a positive learning environment that is both safe and conducive for learning · Collaborate with school management, teaching staff and parents to provide quality academic support for Upper KS2 students Upper KS2 Teacher requirements: · Bachelor's degree or above in Education, or related field. · Teaching qualification and QTS. · At least 1 year of experience in teaching Upper KS2 students. · Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. · Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality education. · Ability to create and present engaging and interactive lesson plans. · Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
