Your responsibilities will include - Analysing current sales, market, guest data and competitors to uncover trends, performance drives and growth opportunities for drinks Developing a robust pricing strategy that offers value for guests but maintain profitably growth for the business Building Dashboards and reports that support our commercial and strategic decision making You’ll work with multiple teams including commercial, finance, marketing, product development and our implementation team to deliver combined Food & Drinks strategies You’ll track the success of campaigns, product launches and promotions using KPI’s and ROI metrics You’ll need to stay on top of industry trends and emerging innovation within the drinks industry What we need A strong understanding and interpretation of data in order to make informed decisions. Strong Analysis Skills with experience of Pricing, Range or Menu Architecture. You’ll be able to transform complex and ambiguous data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations. Strong Stakeholder Management, able to engage with senior level stakeholders. Microsoft Excel Ideally Knowledge of the Drinks Industry. LI-SF1
