We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager working with a fit out contractor in and around Ipswich / Surrounding Areas.
A Site Manager will be required late November by an interior fit out contractor who specializes in office and warehouse fit outs.
As the Site Manager, you will ideally have a minimum of 3 years' experience to manage multiple elements on the site effectively.
Your experience will be required to control the subcontractors while leading the site-based interaction with the client's design and administration team.
The projects are valued at circa 400K-2.5M and tend to be fit out projects. You will be responsible for managing the site and must be an expert in logistics, which will include some external works as well.
You will report to the Project Manager daily. While managing the site, you must maintain a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring high levels of Health and Safety are maintained and the programme is being managed
* Coordination of sub-contractors and suppliers ensuring they deliver on programme and budget
* Maintaining high quality and standards
Key Attributes / Requirements
* Must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
* Excellent team player
* Proven ability to manage the site team
* Proven experience of delivery from start to completion
* Enjoys the challenge of D&B fit out projects
* Client-facing
* Experience on office / warehouse fit outs
