Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Reception Class Teacher with a strong knowledge of the EYFS framework to join a progressive and inclusive 2-form entry primary school in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated educator to support early learners in a nurturing environment.
About the Role:
Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for Reception pupils
Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
Work closely with the Classroom TA to ensure lessons are inclusive and engaging
Differentiate learning materials to support pupils at varying developmental stages
Attend weekly staff meetings and contribute to the school's ongoing development
Requirements:
UK-recognised QTS
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Passion for early childhood education and fostering a love for learning
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies
Commitment to upholding the school's inclusive and creative ethos
