Temp to Perm Project Manager needed for Labs fit-out projects
Role: Project Manager, to deliver high spec lab fit out
Rate: DOE - Temp to perm
Candidate Requirements:
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets
* Must have experience working on Laboratory fit outs
* A good work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
* Must be able to hit the ground running!
Duties may include:
* Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
* Producing and managing project plans
* Overseeing managing and reporting project progress
* Tracking and documenting changes
* Preparing written project communication materials
* Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
* Implementation and compliance with all statutory and company procedures
* Financial management and reporting including Profit & Loss
