Currently, undertaking an exciting data centre development in Cardiff, and we are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Administrator to join the team and provide essential administrative support on-site. As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing key administrative support for the smooth operation of the data centre project. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication, document management, and coordination between the construction team, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate site records, documentation, and project files. Assist with the preparation and submission of reports, including progress updates, safety documentation, and project schedules. Coordinate site meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points. Process and track purchase orders, deliveries, and invoicing. Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by assisting with site audits and keeping track of safety documentation. Act as the first point of contact for site queries and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers. Support the project team with day-to-day operational tasks as needed. Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a site administration role within construction, ideally on large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and site management practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. Relevant administrative or construction qualifications (desirable but not essential). Previous experience working on data centre projects is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
