Bespak are looking for an Improvement and Reliability Engineer for the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary range for this permanent onsite role is between £53,000 and £63,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus. Working Pattern Monday to Friday usual working times of 8:30am to 4:30pm with an 8:00am to 3:45pm finish on a Friday. There is some flexibility on start and finish times. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes. Improvement and Reliability Engineer, beneficial key skills and experience: Qualified in Chemical/Mechanical/Process Engineering, or related field. Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment. Predictive maintenance experience (a plus). Knowledge of CMMS and reliability software. Experience of lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
