Summary
NG Bailey IT Services are currently looking for a self-motivated & proactive individual to join our growing Project Management Support Team within our IT Services Division based in our Reading office.
Project experience is not necessary as training will be given but it is essential you have a keen interest and a desire to learn as you will play a vital part in the delivery of our Defence projects. For the right person, this job will offer great opportunities.
The role will include building and maintaining Internal/External relationships, assisting in the operational duties of projects to ensure that all compliances are met, submit weekly and monthly reports based on health and safety statistics, finance and operations. You will be responsible for the procurement of materials and plant as required. You will implement and develop guidelines, procedures and templates to collect data.
This position is working across military sites; therefore Security Clearance is required and is a condition of employment.
Working hours are 40 hours – Monday to Friday.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
* Business Processes - Ensure adherence to all NG Bailey's policies, processes and procedures. To also possess a clear understanding of working methods and procedures applicable to the industry and apply this to effectively carry out the job role.
* Customer Support - Provide single point of contact for the customer.
* Reporting - Produce regular reports on status, health and safety, finance and operations.
* Project Support – Provide planning, process management, flexibility, risk management, metrics and maintain project standards throughout the delivery phase.
What we’re looking for:
An experienced Administrator working to strong administrative or customer service background, the ability to problem solve, prioritise requests and you must thrive under pressure. With the utmost regard for customer service, this is a role for you.
You will hold current qualifications to work as an Administrator including:
* Have a keen interest in working in a project delivery team.
* Previous administration experience, good Customer Service.
* Worked in a team environment.
* The ability to problem solve and prioritise requests.
* Microsoft Office Suite.
