I am currently partnering with a leading technology business based in the Lancashire area in their search for a Compliance Manager. Supporting the business through a period of growth, you will play a critical role in ensuring the business maintains the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and continuously improve policies and procedures
2. Monitor and assess the organisation’s compliance with regulatory requirements
3. Lead a small team, driving high performance
4. Lead on the external accreditation process
5. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
6. Oversee the company’s data protection strategy
7. Coach Managers in relation to compliance, raising its profile in the business
8. Liaise with regulatory bodies and respond to enquiries
9. Lead on compliance audits
10. Prepare reports for senior management in relation to compliance
11. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to regulations
12. Provide compliance input to a variety of business transformation projects and initiatives
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong compliance background.
Please note this is a hybrid role – a presence in the office a couple of days per week is preferred, but there is flexibility around this. The salary for this position is £45-50k + Benefits.
