You will join a busy and friendly team and work alongside the consultants, nursing and clinical teams, as well as managers across the speciality.
We are looking for a highly motivated member of staff who demonstrates an enthusiasm and commitment to continually improving standards of patient care. You will be able to prioritise and manage your own workload as well as supporting the Metabolic Nursing Team.

Main duties of the job
You will require a willingness to learn new skills and in return you will have the opportunity to develop in your role. You will learn new skills such as supporting and educating families and carers in managing their child’s metabolic conditions whilst at the same time becoming a valued member of the team.
The role will alternate between working in the main office area, dealing with telephone calls and clinic management, and assisting the Nurse Specialists and Dietitians during patient-facing activity.
You will support the patients and their families and liaise with social care providers, GPs, and other outside agencies regarding the patients' care plans both verbally and in writing.
