At Flock we do insurance very differently.
Our real-time, data-driven approach means we’re able to price connected vehicle insurance and assess risk better than ever before, whilst giving fleet owners the insights they need to improve safety. We don’t just pay claims; we help our customers prevent them. We now insure hundreds of fleets in the UK, including the likes of JLR and Amazon, as well as fleets that work for DPD, Uber and Bolt.
Last year we completed our Series B funding of $38m, led by Octopus Ventures. Our goal is to become the leading insurance company for connected and autonomous vehicles, and we're building a world-class team to help us get there.
THE ROLE
Flock are on a mission to make the world quantifiably safer, and our customers are at the heart of this plan. We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to help build lasting relationships with our customers, adding value to our connected fleet insurance proposition and their experience with Flock. As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building these relationships using a customer-first approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Be persistent in driving virtual meetings to support our customers during their time with Flock.
* Work at pace to onboard new customers that will generate better results for Flock.
* Be passionate about engaging brokers, promoting our appetite and proposition.
* Develop dynamic relationship strategies and ensure strong stakeholder alignment across our businesses.
* Understand telemetry and claims data to offer a superior understanding of customer activity & opportunity.
* Deliver an exceptional service experience to our brokers and customers to increase the likelihood of retention.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings based on broker and customer feedback, policy performance, and Flock’s value proposition.
* Ensure existing customers stay supported & engaged, developing their operations to achieve a strong claims performance.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO FLOCK
* 1-2 years of experience in managing relationships within the insurance sector.
* We are open to considering applications from a variety of different roles including but not limited to Insurance Claims, Brokers, and Advisors.
* Energy and innovation in abundance - the ability to work fast and solve problems.
* A proven track record of customer satisfaction, driving positive outcomes, and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve collective objectives.
* Strong understanding of Fleet Insurance.
* Ability to deliver meetings in an engaging and coherent manner, aligning Flock’s value proposition with clients’ current and future business needs.
DESIRABLE
* Experience in building relationships in a Commercial Motor Fleet setting.
* Have a Customer Success background.
* Have worked in a fast-paced environment.

At Flock, we offer two types of flexible work options which may vary depending on the needs of each role:
- Hybrid: a minimum of two days a week in the London office.
- Remote: typically 3 days a month in the London office.
