We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to actively develop and manage a portfolio of current clients while identifying and generating new business opportunities. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence among regional customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Actively identify new sales opportunities through calls and email outreach.
2. Present potential and new customers with comprehensive overviews of the company's unique selling points.
3. Determine and communicate appropriate pricing tiers for customers.
4. Prepare and deliver quotes for new business opportunities.
5. Coordinate with the account manager to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
6. Offer basic guidance on training and compliance matters to customers.
7. Conduct virtual meetings to discuss and secure new opportunities.
8. Record all activities and prospects in the company database.
9. Provide regular sales pipeline updates to the Commercial Director.
10. Represent the company at promotional events to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Role Requirements
1. Strong initiative and motivation to generate new business opportunities.
2. Proven sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
3. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to address and resolve challenges effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Proficient IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
