The successful HR leader will play an integral role in supporting and enabling the delivery of high quality, value add HR projects and a broad range of HR strategic initiatives. This will include talent attraction and retention, engagement, performance development and HR best practice. The Role Assist in the development and implementation of the HR strategy Operate as a Business Partner providing advice, guidance and support Coordinate all recruitment and induction Liaise with recruiters, universities, schools and colleges with regards recruitment and talent initiatives Enrol trainees on relevant professional courses Coordinate the performance review cycle and develop the performance management approach Taken an active lead in the learning and development programmes Manage and support the growth of the organisation, resolving operational, individual and wider team issues Responsible for managing all employee relation matters, ensuring all performance issues are dealt with effectively, consistently and fairly Implement well-being initiatives Be an active member of the Corporate Social Responsibility committee The Person CIPD qualified Extensive hands on, generalist HR experience in a similar role operating at a similar level.
