I am working with a global wealth manager based in the City to hire an Internal Communications Manager. This is a flexible employer, they are offering a hybrid working approach and asking for employees to be in the office 3 days p/week.
Responsibilities of Internal Communications Manager (Wealth Management)
* Partner with Marketing & Communications leadership to develop and execute internal communication strategies.
* Create and execute internal communication plans through various channels.
* Produce engaging content including articles, infographics, and videos.
* Activate marketing campaigns internally.
* Manage internal staff communications and support CEO in leadership communication.
* Ensure brand consistency and compliance with guidelines.
* Collaborate with marketing managers to align digital channels with communication content.
* Establish and track metrics for communication activities.
* Oversee marketing procedures and ensure adherence.
* Coordinate with department heads to ensure relevance of communication materials.
* Handle ad-hoc projects.
* Participate in personal development activities.
Experience required of Internal Communications Manager (Wealth Management)
* 5+ years communications experience
* Experience working in the financial services industry
* Track record of effectively implementing communications plans
* Excellent written and verbal communications
