Graduate HR Advisor Our Role As a Graduate HR Advisor, you will be a fundamental part of the HR Department. You will be an integral member of the Operational HR team, supporting a growing business across the UK by delivering proactive, professional, and dynamic HR support. You will be supporting our contracts by building strong relationships with management and delivering bespoke advice to assist the operations and wider organisation. Key Responsibilities Provide first line employee relations advice to People Managers, relating to disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, absence management etc in a timely manner Responsible for resolving more complex administrative queries, providing analysis and recommendations Supporting projects; where required support Operational teams or business projects e.g., mobililsations, TUPE, resizing projects, recruitment drives Work collaboratively as part of a team or autonomously as required Delivering and applying best practice HR solutions Implementing continuous improvement to policy, process and service To contribute, develop and maintain an accurate employee record system, both manually and electronically, that is secure and confidential To assist in any redundancy and restructure process, ensure all the necessary paperwork is completed To identify, develop and maintain regular and accurate management information such as absence reports, turnover etc. To support line managers with short- and long-term absence whilst working closely with occupational health To assist in the administration process of any ACAS/tribunal claims received into the business Working closely with Learning and Development, Recruitment and Training department To support the HR Business Partners in various DE&I initiatives Personal Requirements A p rofessional Graduate HR Advisor who; Solution focused, outside the box thinker Ability to build relationships with Managers to ensure proactive delivery Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders Ability to plan and organise own workload accordingly Understanding of relevant current employment legislation and proposed changes General systems knowledge and computer literacy in Microsoft Office Experience of working in a fast-paced environment Full driving licence Willing to travel nationwide Has CIPD level 3 qualification or willing to work towards the qualification Network Plus at a Glance Network Plus is an award-winning business delivering essential utility and infrastructure services for the UKs major providers of gas, power, telecoms, transport, water, and wastewater We value the variety of experience, perspective, and other points of difference our workforce, clients, and supply chain offer.
