Senior BEMS Project Manager – Wales & South West
We are looking for an experienced Senior BEMS Project Manager to join our Wales & South West Region, reporting to the Regional Projects Manager. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home and onsite as needed.

What You’ll Do:
* Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex BEMS projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
* Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
* Lead project teams, providing technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to ensure high-quality execution.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient problem-solving.
* Conduct regular site visits to oversee installation, commissioning, and testing activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving project challenges to keep deliverables on track.
* Collaborate with sales, engineering, and service teams to identify additional business opportunities, including upselling and system upgrades.
* Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.
* Manage contract variations and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience in BEMS project management, ideally in a senior or leadership capacity.
* Strong knowledge of Schneider, Trend or Tridium product ranges.
* Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, with experience in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
* Commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets, contracts, and negotiate with suppliers and clients.
* Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
