Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Housekeeping Coordinator to join the team.
The Role of Housekeeping Coordinator:
As a Housekeeping Coordinator you will be responsible for facilitating a smooth transition for departmental requests by answering the Office telephone, taking messages, and relaying guest requests appropriately while monitoring and assigning work on our internal request systems. Works closely with Reception and Floor Housekeepers for Room status updates and completes administrative duties as directed.
What we are looking for:
1. At least 1-2 year’s experience in a similar role
2. Excellent communications skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
3. The ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
4. Strong computer skills and experience in Opera - HotSOS experience a plus.
5. MUST possess the legal right to work in the UK
6. Immaculate personal presentation
7. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile
