The Role: Promote services and manage customer requests efficiently. Handle daily tasks promptly and accurately, escalating issues when needed. Keep customers informed about service interventions. Provide administrative support to the Service Director. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on service and sales tasks. Administer quotes, service requests, purchase orders, and invoices. Arrange service visits and coordinate logistics. Compile and issue invoices. Maintain market awareness and support client relationships. Manage ISO 9001 policy implementation. Assist with service-related quotations. Review service reports and identify sales opportunities. Suggest improvements and undertake delegated tasks. Administer service calls and purchase orders up to £100K. Manage day-to-day activities independently. Work assigned based on customer inquiries and requests. Make decisions on quotations and purchase requests. Prioritize and expedite service requests. Understand the impact of decisions and demonstrate strong commercial skills. Exercise judgment to avoid delays and escalate issues promptly. Interact with all departments, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Experience/Skills/Qualifications: Strong customer focus and commercial awareness. Ability to work independently, delegate tasks, and multitask. Strong problem-solving and customer relationship skills. This role involves liaising with international customers, which may require working outside of normal hours.
