We are excited to welcome experienced Teaching Assistants to our vibrant nurseries across Wandsworth for term-time only positions. If you have a passion for working with nursery-age children, we want to hear from you! You'll be working from 8:45 AM to 3:30 PM, contributing to the nurturing and development of young learners in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Help plan and carry out activities that support children's learning, social skills, and emotional growth at different stages of early childhood.
Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing feedback on children's progress and discussing any concerns or issues as needed.
Always ensure the safety and well-being of children, providing supervision during indoor and outdoor activities, mealtimes, and rest periods.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to children, particularly those with additional learning needs, encouraging engagement and development.
