Accelerator Designer & Facilitator (2+ years relevant experience)
We're partnering with Pathfindr AI to hire a number of roles due to unprecedented growth within the business, and we can't be more excited to take these roles to market!
Pathfindr is not just another AI consultancy. In just one year, we’ve gone from zero clients to being named one of the AFR Most Innovative Companies of 2024 — helping government, ASX-10, and mid-market organisations go from AI hype to real-world results.
We don’t just advise—we design, build, and deliver. Now we’re looking for a confident, client-facing facilitator to help scale that impact.

Reports to : Accelerator Program Lead
Help Design & Deliver Australia’s Leading AI Accelerator
About the Role
We’re scaling our AI Accelerator—and we’re looking for a sharp, creative operator to help make it smarter, smoother, and even more impactful.
As an Accelerator Designer & Facilitator, you’ll work alongside our Accelerator Lead to:
1. Design and evolve the structure of our AI Accelerator
2. Build high-impact slides, scripts, frameworks, and tools
3. Co-deliver virtual sessions (via Zoom or Teams) and support live facilitation
4. Help participants turn AI curiosity into real-world execution
You’ll start by observing and co-facilitating sessions. Soon, you’ll own the room—leading breakouts, presenting core segments, and helping shape one of the most talked-about AI programs in the country.
This isn’t a passive L&D or coordination role. You’ll be scripting, structuring, presenting, and adapting in real time—making each cohort better than the last.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years’ experience in facilitation, training, program design, or innovation delivery
Strong communicator—comfortable presenting over Zoom or Teams
Skilled in slide writing, script drafting, and workshop structuring
Strategic thinker who can adapt in real time and engage with different audiences
Comfortable tinkering with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and other off-the-shelf products—this role isn’t for someone brand new to AI
Bonus points if you have:
1. Experience with tools like Miro, Canva, PowerPoint, or Notion
2. Worked in consulting, innovation, L&D, or a fast-moving startup environment
Why Join Pathfindr?
At Pathfindr, we don’t just talk about AI—we teach it, build it, and help organisations apply it for real.
You’ll be:
1. Helping top-tier clients build internal AI capability
2. Part of a high-energy, high-impact team with rapid growth
3. Given room to shape, own, and grow the Accelerator program
4. Backed by one of Australia’s most innovative tech companies
Ready to design the future of AI enablement—together?
