Strong Group Recruitment are working on behalf of its client who are looking for an experienced M&E Contracts Administrator to join the team.

Reporting to: Senior Contracts Supervisor
We are looking for an organised, conscientious, and hard-working Contracts Administrator to join our M&E contract delivery team.
You will play a vital role in supporting project delivery. Some experience in the construction or M&E industry is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
* Provide administrative support to meet contract requirements and processes.
* Assist in the development and publishing of customer monthly reports.
* Set up project data on the database and ensure all relevant details are accurate.
* Create and maintain project folders, transferring data from opportunity databases.
* Issue PPQs to onboard new suppliers and specialists.
* Update and manage job status details on the database.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a construction business.
* Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and build strong working relationships with managers.
Desirable:
* Experience working with financial software (e.g., MS Business Central).
* Experience in construction or M&E project environments.

The annual salary on offer for this role is £30,000 per year.
