Job Title: Block Management Coordinator Location: Head Office, Dorking Salary: £27,000 - £28,500 per annum, dependent on experience Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30 About the Role: My client is seeking a Block Management Coordinator to support their block management team in overseeing the administration of residential developments and estates. This role is central to managing essential tasks such as documentation handling, insurance processes, and company secretarial duties. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Block Managers and various stakeholders to ensure operations run smoothly and maintain high standards of service delivery. This is purely an administrative role, and in an ideal world someone with a little property experience would be great. However, we shall also be happy to consider a strong administratively skilled and organised candidate, technologically savvy and who picks things up quickly. Full training will be given. Responsibilities: Manage transitions of new and existing property developments, including key management, handovers, and documentation oversight. Handle all aspects of property-related insurance administration including buildings, D&O, liability, and engineering. Coordinate insurance renewals and maintain claims logs. Perform Company Secretarial duties including Companies House filings and updates on shareholdings. Oversee financial administration, including coordination of year-end accounts with accountants, distribution of financial reports to stakeholders, and filing for Companies House. Organise and administer Annual General Meetings and other tenant/general meetings. Process Section 20 statutory notices and related communications. Handle sales enquiries and property transfers, managing post-sale documentation and maintaining property records. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent organisational and time management skills. Keen attention to detail, especially with legal and financial documentation. Proficiency in administrative systems, record-keeping, and standard office software including property management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Knowledge of property management and company secretarial procedures is desirable, as is experience with Companies House filings and regulatory compliance. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
