The Role:
1. Support students with a range of needs, including SEMH, autism, ADHD, trauma, and attachment disorders.
2. Help create a nurturing and structured environment where students feel safe and supported.
3. Use your caregiving skills to offer personalised support, building trusting relationships with students.
4. Work one-on-one or in small groups to promote positive engagement and learning outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Background in care work, residential care, or support work – your skills are highly valued.
2. Experience providing emotional and practical support to individuals with additional needs.
3. Ability to manage challenging behaviours with compassion and professionalism.
4. Confidence to collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to meet student needs.
