We are seeking a Customer Team Member to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you will be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You will provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store.
Below are the key responsibilities of the role:
* Friendly and thoughtful service – you will put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
* Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
* Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
* Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
* Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events
This is a permanent, part-time role working 12 hours per week + regular overtime. The shifts include early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends. Full, paid training is provided.
