In-House Recruiter
Contract: 6-month FTC
Location: Edinburgh (hybrid working scheme)
Salary: £43,000
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements for open positions.
2. Craft and update job adverts with a focus on attracting a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
3. Partner with job boards to maximise reach and attract a wide range of applicants.
4. Assist hiring managers with CV and application screening.
5. Prepare interview materials and offer support during the interview process.
6. Coordinate with recruitment agencies regarding permanent, temporary, and contract roles.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
8. Organise and facilitate recruitment events, such as assessment centres.
9. Ensure effective communication with the broader HR team.
10. Represent the organisation at job fairs and networking events to promote the employer brand.
11. Stay informed on talent market trends and best practices.
12. Support the Recruitment Manager on various recruitment initiatives and projects.
