Mid July 2025: Getting to know you: We will invite candidates to an assessment event. We pride ourselves on our colleagues being their authentic self at work and so the event will be informal and will be a great opportunity to meet other candidates. It is likely to involve some group discussion, a job-related activity and a short interview with members of the team. Don’t worry, this is an opportunity for you to get to know us, and for us to get to know you, in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Late July 2025: We will be in contact to let you know if you have been successful and if you have, discuss a start date.
August 2025: The successful candidate will be asked to attend an enrolment day at Chichester College Group.
8th September 2025: Welcome to the Port – apprentice start date.
