Role: Lead Software Implementation Consultant
Location: Warrington (Hybrid)
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + benefits

The Role:
As a Lead Software Implementation Consultant, you will lead a team of professionals to install, configure, and support a suite of proprietary applications for customers both on their premises and within a private cloud. Your primary objective will be to maintain the availability and operation of services through a combination of planned project work and reactive support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide hands-on support for applications, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
2. Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and support products.
4. Lead technical projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
5. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
6. Oversee the installation and configuration of products on Windows and Linux servers and cloud platforms.
7. Develop and enhance standard operating procedures and best practices for installation and support services.
Skills and Experience for Success:
8. Proven success as a Senior Implementation.
9. Effective team leadership and technical project management.
10. Expertise with Windows servers, Linux servers, and cloud platforms (, AWS).
11. Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions.
12. Customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
13. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
