Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordination of drawings and assembly details with the production team.
2. Providing effective communication and feedback information to all relevant parties.
3. Liaising with sub-contract representative(s) / manufacturers & site installers where required to ensure the supply chain has a full and correct understanding of our requirements.
4. Responding to on-site urgent / non-urgent requirements and facilitate effective problem solving to maximise customer satisfaction and minimise site fixing time.
5. Obtaining customer/architect design intent information and producing working drawings.
6. Issuing and administering all drawing approvals and construction issue documents for production.
7. Preparing material cutting sheets for production for joinery and metal fabrication departments.
8. Ensuring all department documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with company policy ensuring that all documentation is finished within the required time.
9. Undertake any other duties as assigned by your line manager.
The Ideal person will have:
1. Strong enthusiasm for the construction and fit-out industry.
2. Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
3. Ability to deal professionally with customers/clients.
4. Excellent organisational skills and clear written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong IT skills including Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Some travel may be required for meetings with clients/sub contractors.
