Position Summary As a People Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the people strategy and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. You will partner and advise colleagues and managers across the business to deliver HR solutions that align with organisational goals. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the fast-paced beauty industry, supporting talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations - Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations matters across our office, distribution and field based colleagues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management. - Foster a positive working environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts effectively. - Work with our leaders to develop our culture through engagement and talent activity, supporting rewarding careers and moments of delight for our colleagues Talent Development - Support the implementation of talent management programs, including onboarding, training, and career development initiatives. - Partner with managers to identify skills gaps and recommend training or development opportunities. People Operations - Ensure accurate and timely HR administration through our HR systems, including maintaining employee records, managing contracts, and overseeing benefits administration and supporting line manager use of systems - Collaborate with payroll to ensure seamless processing of employee compensation. Policy & Compliance - Advise managers and employees on People policies, procedures, and employment law to ensure compliance. - Contribute to updating and implementing People policies that align with industry best practices. Recruitment & Workforce Planning - as and when required - Support recruitment as required by partnering with Recruitment advisor, hiring managers to identify staffing needs and source top talent. - Assist in workforce planning to ensure alignment with business goals and future needs. People Engagement & Culture - Drive initiatives that enhance people engagement, diversity, and inclusion. - Support employee wellness and retention programs to maintain high levels of morale and productivity and support our Revlon culture. Key Qualifications Experience : 3 years in an HR advisory or similar role, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry. Education: CIPD certification (or equivalent) preferred. Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, particularly in the beauty or retail sector. Skills: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - High level of discretion and confidentiality.
