EC Drummond is seeking a skilled Mechanic/Fitter to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse range of machinery equipment in a fast-paced farming environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement repairs, servicing, and breakdowns of various agricultural vehicles and equipment
* Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure timely resolution of issues
* Manage work priorities to optimize efficiency and productivity
* Build rapport with all departments within the business to foster collaboration and communication
* Procure or fabricate parts/components as necessary to maintain equipment
* Ensure all work/maintenance is recorded and carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
* Schedule maintenance periods for all vehicle and mechanical equipment and maintain relevant records
* Assist with compliance audits and maintain HSE standards
