You will be responsible for Inbound calls, Emails and Live Chat and working in a small and high performing team. We are seeking individuals who live and breath Customer Service and Customer Excellence. We want more than just a transactional operator, we want, driven, intelligent, ambitious and successful agents who can add value, bring ideas to the table and work under pressure. You will be working in a FCA regulated environment, so if you have experience, that would be advantageous. Specifically, you will take care of: Providing customers with outstanding levels of service over the telephone and through online channels Becoming a product knowledge specialist Supporting new and existing customers with any queries they may have, ensuring to keep customer satisfaction high Ensuring any customer escalations are handled swiftly Being on hand to help customers with any payment queries Once you have been embedded within the customer fulfilment team, you will also be working on projects to help take us to the next level Working closely with all team members. You must have the following experience; Contact centre/call centre experience Live chat/Webchat experience - Zendesk desirable Email management/customer support Banking/Finance/Insurance experience preferable and a good understanding and knowledge of the FCA Working in a fast paced, agile environment Degree educated Positive attitude Strong written and verbal communication Professional and be a brand ambassador Motivated, driven and have a entrepreneurial style
